WHO WE CAN HELP
People of all ages may ask for help but we do not transport children under 4 years of age due to regulations on child restraint seats.
Wheelchairs and Walking Frames
We do not transport wheelchairs but these can be obtained at the hospital.
We will transport walking frames but when booking please let us know if you need one and whether it is folding or rigid.
Escorts
Users may request a friend or relative to act as escort if so wished. All those aged under eighteen must have an escort.
If you are unable to find an escort we may be able to provide someone to give the necessary help, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Surgery
We will accept requests from patients needing a minor procedure which involves a local anaesthetic. If a general anaesthetic is needed we can take you to your appointment but we regret we cannot agree to bring you home.
